Payments, CRMs and shipping that stay connected
The integration worked in the demo. Then a token expired, a webhook got lost and orders stopped reaching the CRM. We connect your product to the services it depends on, and build it to keep running when something on the other side changes.
Who it's for
- 01
Someone on your team copies orders or leads from one system to another by hand.
- 02
An integration works most days and fails quietly on the others, so you find out from a customer, not from an alert.
- 03
You need a payment provider, CRM or shipping service connected before launch.
- 04
A provider changed its API, and part of your product stopped working overnight.
What we do
- 01
Read the provider's docs and limits before we promise anything.
- 02
Build the connection, with retries and alerts.
- 03
Log what goes in and out, so a lost order can be traced back to the exact call that dropped it.
- 04
Test the failures too: expired tokens, timeouts, duplicate webhooks.
- 05
Document how it works, so the next developer doesn't start from zero.
Six things that break an integration after launch
- 01
The same event twice
Providers resend notifications on purpose, so if you don't check, you'll ship 2 parcels for 1 payment.
- 02
A retry that charges again
Your server doesn't get a reply, tries once more, and your customer's card is charged twice.
- 03
Rate limits
10 calls a day in testing turn into 10 a second on Black Friday, and the provider stops answering you.
- 04
Webhooks nobody verifies
The address is public, so anyone who finds it can push fake orders into your system.
- 05
API changes you never heard about
The warning email went to a developer who left your team in 2023, and nobody's read it.
- 06
No record of what happened
A customer says they paid, and you've got nothing to search.
Each of these has a known fix, and we build them in.

How we use AI
At Codality our developers use AI coding assistants like Claude Code for routine code and tests, so less of your budget goes on boilerplate. A developer reviews and tests every change, and answers for what ships. Rather keep your code away from AI? Say so, and we'll work without it.
We charge $40 an hour. For a new product, the MVP calculator gives you a price range and a timeline in about 1 minute. Fixed price works too.

Anything with a documented API. Payments like Stripe and PayPal, CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, email through SendGrid or Mailchimp, SMS through Twilio, plus Slack and Google APIs. When a no-code tool like Zapier, Make or n8n does the job for less, we'll say so. If there's no API at all, you'll hear that up front.
Usually, yes. First we find out why it breaks, because the cause is often a token, a rate limit or a missed webhook rather than the code.
It depends on the service and how much data moves. After we've read the provider's docs, you'll get an estimate in hours at $40 an hour.
