AI integrations

AI integration that works after the demo

We connect models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini to your site, your product and the tools your team already uses. A demo takes an afternoon. Getting it to hold up with real customers, real data and a real monthly bill takes longer, and that's the part we do.

Who it's for

Who it's for

  1. 01

Your team answers the same customer questions every day, and the answers are already written down somewhere.

  2. 02

Someone copies data from emails and PDFs into the CRM by hand.

  3. 03

You want AI in your product but don't know which model to pick or what it'll cost per month.

  4. 04

An AI feature works in the demo and gets unreliable once real users touch it.

What we do

What we do

  1. 01

AI integration into your product or site

We connect a model from OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini so your product can write, summarise, sort and search. Think drafts of replies, a summary of a 40-page contract, incoming requests tagged by topic, or search that understands what people mean rather than the exact words they typed. We choose the model for the job, decide what happens when it gives a bad answer and keep the cost per request in check.

  2. 02

AI chatbot that answers from your own content

A support assistant on your site, in your help desk, in Telegram or in WhatsApp. It answers customers from your docs, help pages and catalogue, so someone writing at 2 a.m. on a Sunday gets a real answer. When it doesn't know, it says so. When a question needs a person, it hands the conversation to someone on your team with the history attached.

  3. 03

    Workflow automation with AI agents

Emails in Gmail or Outlook, leads, PDF invoices from 5 different suppliers and forms come in. An agent reads them, pulls out what matters and puts it into your CRM, a Google Sheet or a task list, and your team only checks the exceptions. That's hours of retyping your people get back. We start with one workflow, see how much manual work it actually removes, and only then pick the next one.

  4. 04

    An AI-built prototype that's stuck

Built something in Lovable, Bolt or Cursor and it won't go live? We take it from there, keep what holds up and rebuild the parts that won't survive real users.

How we use AI

At Codality our developers use AI coding assistants like Claude Code for routine code and tests, so less of your budget goes on boilerplate. A developer reviews and tests every change, and answers for what ships. Rather keep your code away from AI? Say so, and we'll work without it.

FAQ

Questions founders ask us

Didn't find yours?

OpenAI's GPT and Whisper, Anthropic's Claude, Google Gemini, and open models like Llama and Mistral when your data has to stay on your own servers. We pick per task, looking at price, speed, language and how well the model handles your kind of content. For chatbots that answer from your documents we add vector search, for example pgvector or Pinecone.

It can, if it's built carelessly. Ours answer only from your content, say "I don't know" when the answer isn't there and pass the conversation to a person. We test them on real questions from your customers before launch.

We use the providers' business APIs, where by default your data isn't used to train their models. Only what the feature needs leaves your system, and personal data can be stripped out first. We agree the list with you before we build.

Our work is $40 an hour. Usage fees go straight to the provider: the API account is in your name, you pay at cost, and we don't add a markup. A pilot shows you the monthly number before you commit to more.

Not always. Sometimes a plain rule or an ordinary search box does the job better and cheaper. We'll tell you on the first call if we think that's your case.

How to start

Start with a pilot

Not sure it'll work for you? Start small.

  1. 01We pick 1 task
  2. 02We run a short pilot on your real data
  3. 03We show you whether the idea works, and what the model's API will cost you per month at your volume
  4. 04Then you decide whether to go further
$40an hour

The pilot is billed at $40 an hour, like the rest of our work. For a new product, the MVP calculator gives you a price range and a timeline in about 1 minute. Fixed price works too.

How we handle your data with AI providers

We use the providers' business APIs, where by default your data isn't used to train their models. We send only what the feature needs, and we can strip personal data before it leaves your system. The API account is in your name, you pay the provider directly at cost, and we set the limits. No markup on usage.
